TDS, LLC began operations in 1997 and was formed as a limited liability company in the State of Virginia in 1997. Our service area includes Northern Virginia, primarily Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William Counties.  However, we welcome the opportunity to bid and perform services for projects and clients outside of our primary service area. 

 Total Development Solutions, TDS, is comprised of two departments, Site Development and Bond Release. These departments cover all aspects of land development for both commercial and residential clients from engineering to permitting, clearing to base paving, entrance features to site lighting and ultimately VDOT/county acceptance and bond release.

Many site-contracting firms offer limited services, TDS has broadened its spectrum to give new meaning to a "full service site development company." Working through this concept, TDS can offer more cost effective services to our clients, as well as the assurance that the customer will be dealing with one contractor for the many different facets involved in the site development process.
